Like Dale Brown's books, the beginning runs through the technical aspects of operations. It warms up mid way with the personal interaction. If you want a book to read with alot of personal touchy- feely, this is not the book for you. If you like a more straight forward approach in technical read concerning interactions between rivals on the brige of war and conflict, you may enjoy this book.
Few novelists can craft an aerial battle scene more strategically than former U.S. Air Force Captain Brown, and he and DeFelice are in fine form here!
