This was a great book. It was a little hard to get into, but since I have enjoyed this author before, I stuck with it, and am glad I did! This is about a woman trying to find herself, even though she doesn't realize that she is, or doeasn't think that she needs to. I do think that the way the author split up the chapters between past and present was confusing and unnecessary, but if you can get past that aspect of the book, this is a great read. I would recommend it!

This was such a good book. Cecelia Ahern is so good at making her characters come to life. There is a sadness and a desperation that is filled with hope and beauty. One of my favorites!

I love Cecelia Ahern, I love being able to call her one of my favorite authors but I just felt like A Place Called Here was drawn out and well, boring. I didn't even really care what happened to the main character, Sandy. It actually took my about 3 minutes to just remember her name and I've only finished the novel. I think that explains it right there. Jack was the only redeeming character. It ended up being okay but it seriously took me almost a month to read this entire book and it was only 341 pages. I can't even begin to remember how long it's been for that to happen! Sorry, I really wanted to like this but just can't

It was a good premise but slowed way down in the middle. it ended well with a bit of a twist. An okay read.

I am only on page 105 of this book, but it is good and a little confusing. it seems there are too many plots to this book, so far i'm counting 3. it switches back and forth, at first there were 2 and suddenly another one has formed and it completley made it confusing...i'm not sure where it is all going, but i won't stop reading it. like i said it is good, in a wierd kinda way- OK, so i finished the book last night, it gets a lot better! I like antyhing Cecelia Ahern writes so far, this is just something no one has ever thought of really to write, its a neat concept if you ask me. i kinda wish it had a better ending, don't get me wrong the ending was good, but i don't want to spoil it so once you read it you might understand, just something more added to the ending, not a different one, if that makes sense. anyway, just read the book :)
