I love this book. It is set up as a 10 week journal so you can keep track of what you eat, with space for calories, fat, sodium, and cholesterol. It also helps keep track of calories burned, with helpful hints about exercise activities and how many calories are burned doing different activities. I have used this book on a few occasions and it has helped me stay accountable with what I eat and keep me focused on exercise even when life gets really busy and I think I don't have time. The book is also quite small and fits in whatever purse or bag I am carrying everyday. For me, I like to use this over the holidays from Halloween through New Year's to keep me on track so that I don't over-indulge. I usually find that not only did I keep myself on track, but I have lost weight by the end of the 10 weeks.

This is a journal type book to record your weight loss. Great if you do use it! It gives spaces to record calories, weekly weight loss, glasses of water, and exercise minutes. It's small enough to carry in your purse.
