I posted a book, using the ISBN #. It's a hardcover and listed as such. It says the requestors conditions are: I am not willing to accept abridged audiobooks.

Does this show up for all of ther person's requests? Or do they somehow think it's an audio book? I don't see an option to pm them....

It shows up for any book requests... since yours isn't an audio book you can just ignore it, and send the book.  HTH :)

That person has the condition listed on their account and it automatically goes out when they request any book.  Since your book isn't an audiobook, it won't apply to that request.  Just click that it meets the requirements and send it along!
