I've been trying to print a wrapper so I can mail out a book, but all the words are coming out funny.  Like for the name it says "Di sjt upqi f s!Bt i rhz."  What the heck is going on?

does everything else you print out work fine? Try unplugging the printer and then plugging it back in to reset it.

that has happened to me from time to time.  On both printers from 2 totally different computers.  I reprint, or shut down the printer, or close out of PBS and open it up again, or etc.  At some point it corrects itself.  On one occassion I had to hand print the label.  Good luck

It also happens sometimes when the label is not COMPLETELY loaded in Acrobat. If I wait a minute before I try to print I never gave a problem. If I get impatient and hit print right away as the wrapper is loading I get the gibberish.

Okay, I unplugged the darn thing and let the wrapper load for a few minutes before trying to print it.  It came out this time.  Thanks for the help!
