Charley Sloan could have had a second profession as a magician. His bag of tricks is endless inside the courtroom. The twisty-turn of events kept me guessing right up until the very end...and then I couldn't believe what I was reading! This is a must read if you like courtroom thrillers.

Very slow start; but the ending is great. Overall an okay book, nothing spectacular though.

I thought it was a little slow in the beginning, but had quite a finish at the end as most of William Coughlin's do. The court actioin takes up about half of this book. Pretty good book. I would give it four out of 5 stars

I good novel. The Lawyer indicates that he is very good at his trade, but the words flowing through the book speaks other wise. He seems to be a flake. But all is well at the end... or is it?
