Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie

  • 1/2 gallon - vanilla ice cream
  • 1 can - canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup - brown sugar, packed
  • 1 Tbsp - orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger
  • 1/4 tsp - cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp - nutmeg
  • 1 - nine-inch graham cracker crust
  • - whipped cream & cinnamon sticks for garnish

PLACE ice cream in a large bowl; cut up and allow to soften.

MIX pumpkin, brown sugar, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg, using an electric mixer.  Add to the softened ice cream and mix well.

SPOON into graham cracker crust.

FREEZE until firm.

GARNISH with a dollop of whipped cream in center of cake and cinnamon sticks.
