I signed up for the book journal a couple weeks ago, but Im having some problems. Sometimes when I add a book it adds it in duplicate. Other times it will not add at all. I have emailed the help twice but have not received a response, which is unusual. Have any other journalers had these problems?

I have the journal, but really haven't used it much. For the books that I have added, I didn't have any problems with books being added twice.  Sorry I couldn't be of any actual help here, just wanted to let you know that this hasn't happened to me yet. Maybe it's a glitch. It is unusual for you to not have received a response from R&R though. They have always answered rather quickly on the few occasions that I've had an issue. Are you using the link at the bottom of the pages?

Maybe one of the R's will see this and tell you what the problem is. Good luck! I really need to make some time to play with the book journal!
