I must be the only person who didn't like this book. DJ is a lot like Charlie but my major reason for hating this book was how easily manipulated DJ was. She doesn't just get manipulated by Quinn but by Rebecca as well. When it came down to it, DJ was a pushover and not very smart. It was hard to root for her and didn't jive with her need to be in controlled.
I remembered really liking Rebecca before but in this book I wanted to slap her. She was bossy and rude. So many times after DJ had a conversation with her I wanted to yell, "Who the hell do you think you are?"
So I had a hard time with this one. I would skip it.

Awesome read! This book is about a military special forces male character who knew when to change priorities. The female character is a self defense teacher for other females. The two individuals were made for each other - past issues and all.
