Anyone ever try this? I found lots of videos on youtube about it and this week I've been doing it. Just eating raw food. Lots of fruits and veggies. The only thing I did was I did stream some veggies a few times. I've been losing about a pound a day and I have more energy. It just makes sense to me that this is how we all should be eating, but I know I can't change over night. It's going to take time. Tomorrow makes 1 week and tonight I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted within reason. I ate a ham sandwich which I've been craving for several says and a few chips. And then ate a lean pizza pocket since I've also been wanting pizza. I was trying to wait til tomorrow but had a stressful evening and couldn't go any longer. Not too bad on my first try with this and I plan to continue. My family had mcdonalds tonight and I passed it up. So, I don't think I did too bad. |
