This was my favorite of the Cajun Series. This a was an easy light hearted romance. This as well as the others could be read alone.

I love all of Sandra Hill's cajun books, but this one in particular was both entertaining and interesting. The story of the destruction of the wetlands is accurate and close to home for me, being from Louisiana. But the best part of this series is the grandmother. She is so typical cajun and hilarious that you'll be in hysterics.
