This is one of my all-time favorite books. It is written as a child's book, but I have actually only given it to adults who are depressed or going through difficult circumstances. The illustrations are AMAZING in their complexity, visual and emotional. The message is simple, affirming, but is NEVER ever sappy.

wonderful illustrations. Not just for adults. I take this book out once in a while to get me through the really hard days.
