Story line here was okay...I have to say I skimmed through the sex scenes because after awhile, it's just too much. The story line was rather predictable although at times compelling...but I wouldn't rush out to get this one.

Wow. I am completely wrecked and at such a loss for words. Sylvia Day has rocked my world with Reflected in You and I honestly don't know where to go from here. My heart is beating fast as I wipe the tears from my eyes. Words just can't express how I feel. When I say that this book is amazing, I mean it. It was a roller coaster ride and is definitely not for the feint of heart.

If you have read the previous book in the Crossfire trilogy, Bared to You, you know that the relationship between Gideon and Eva is tumultuous and intense. The both love each other so fiercely, yet both have so much damage and insecurities that they have to wade through. Reflections in You picks up directly where Bared to You left off and with it we are still on the emotional roller coaster that is Eva and Gideon. Both are still working towards being together despite their dark and damaged pasts.

There are so many ups and downs with the two that sometimes it might feel a bit much but it makes complete sense for these two characters. When I say they are effed up, they are seriously effed up. Both are just trying the best they can. They are constantly being thrown one obstacle after another and and you as the reader are waiting to see if this is the thing that will finally break them.

The way these two feel for each other as well as the way the react to one another is electrifying. It jumps off the page and slaps you in the face. It makes you root for them and as a reader you wish desperately for them to get their well deserved HEA. I found myself gripping the edge of my seat with worry for these two. I believe in their love for each other and I find that I will follow these two anywhere their relationship takes me.

Sylvia Day has another winner with Reflected in You. She just has a way of implanting you into this story and making it feel so raw and real. Not only does it feel real, but I'm left with such an intense desire for more. January can't come soon enough for me. I am desperate for more Gideon and Eva and I can't wait for what I am sure will be an exciting conclusion to the Crossfire series.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Read this book in one siting. I devoured this book. Eva and Gideon have both suffered and endured so much. After all they have survived so far in their lives I'm sure they will make it to their "happily ever after". They have their issues, but they're fighters. I must say I'm definetly emotionally invested in these characters. That's to be expected if you are as empathetic as I am. I wanted to know evrerything about Brett, Nathan, Corinne, Dr. Lucas, and well every character in the book. Most questions were answered in this book, but new ones have sprouted up and taken root. Can't wait for the conclusion. December can't come fast enough!

Very good book. It does end on a cliffhanger. This is an erotic novel so the sex is explicit and heavy in this book.

I really liked it. Gideon is still smokin' hot even though his evasiveness for most of the book got on my nerves! I kept thinking "What is wrong with him?" I was also really proud of Eva for not being a doormat and letting him get away with too much of it! This was a really good addition to the series, but I still think a lot of the dirty talk was pretty random at times and very unnecessary, unless other people talk to their significant others that way at any given moment. I know me and my husband don't (Sorry, babe!) I definitely look forward to the next book, I can't wait to see what's next for Gideon and Eva!

3.5 Stars

Frustrating & predictable at times hence the 3.5 Star rating. BUT... it was also addictive, I found myself flying through the pages. Even though there were things that annoyed the hell outta me, I couldn't help but be captivated by Eva and Gideon's chemistry. I have to say Sylvia Day's style of writing is truly fuck*n amazing. It's not often I read something and can truly FEEL the emotions burning between the characters. The sexual tension, heartbreak, and desperate longing were palpable and gut-wrenching. Whatever faults I had with certain aspects of the story, Day's baffling masterful ability to torture AND entice the reader right along with the characters MORE than made up for it. I'd definitely recommend it all who enjoyed the first Crossfire installment and/or ANYONE who enjoys a beautifully torturing chaos infused erotic romance.

I loved it! This was an awesome addition to the Crossfire series. Honestly this couple is a hot mess, lol. But I cant help but love them both and root for them to overcome their issues together. There is a lot of emotions and angst. A lot of hot sex. A lot of suspense. It was great!! Cant wait for the next one. December 31st!
