Yes, this is a fun read, a lovely Marie Bostwick story. And yes, every problem seems to wrap up neatly by the end of the book. However, I am grateful to have stumbled upon this book at this specific time in my life, which has been very tough for a variety of reasons. This story points out that life continues on day by day whether you participate, or not. Don't hide your head under the covers and hope the bad stuff goes away, take the opportunity to jump in and see where it takes you. Also, it was a reminder that there are many, many people out there that are just NICE people if you give them the chance. The last couple of years we have all been exposed to folks who have been mean, nasty and downright grumpy. It's nice to be reminded that we are surrounded by people who are willing to help when we are in need if we just give them the chance.
