I have a playlist on my iPod that I have to listen to when I'm exercising. Fast songs that make me wanna get up and dance, that's exactly what I need to motivate me to get moving. Shall we share tunes to help motivate each other at the gym? List your top five favorite work-out songs here! Mine are as follows:

Work Hard, Play Harder by Gretchen Wilson

The Warrior by Patty Smyth

Son of Man by Phil Collins

Get Off My Back by Bryan Adams

Dancing With Myself by Billy Idol

What are yours?

Normally, I just listen to audiobooks.  If I do listen to music, my preference depends on what activity I'm doing.

If I'm weight-lifting, I love recordings of Hildegard of Bingen's work or Gregorian Chant.

I'm having to find new music for running, since my stride has changed.  So far I've found:
"I'm Not Alone" - Calvin Harris & Deadmau Mix
