Excellent self-help book for people dealing with food addiction. This book is specifically geared for women 50+ years but offers good information for everyone. If you are looking for help in getting control over your weight, forget the "diet" books and start here. This book helped me more than any diet ever did.

A great book that looks at eating disorders but also looks at eating disorders of older women. What many forget is that older women in their 30's and beyond suffer from stress anxiety eating disorders. A really good book with practical help.
