Has anyone read anything by her?  I just bought Tracing the Shadow (Alchymist's Legacy, Bk 1).  The back of the book says great things about her other books but I like to hear what the masses have to say and not just the critics.  Thanks.

I've read the first one and I really enjoyed it.

I liked it a lot. I just got the second book in the series at the library and am about half-way through.

There are more characters to keep up with, and more of it seems like 18th century middle eastern Europe---but with dragons, mages and spirits involved! It's excellent for this genre, I think.

I've never heard of this author, so let us know what you think. I'm always glad to hear about new authors, to help expand my circle :-)

I just finished the first one in The Tears of Artamon series and I thought it was really good.  Can't wait for the other 2 to come in the mail so I can get into them too.

Of course I like the magicians and dragons and such so it was definetly for me.

Wish she had written a bunch more.
