1 1/2 TBL Creamy (I use crunchy) Peanut Butter
2 1/2 TBL Salad Oil
2 TBL Soy sauce
2 TBL Sugar
2 tsp Rice Wine (you can use white) Vinegar
1/2 tsp Oriental Sesame Oil
1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Red Pepper (Cayenne)
2 TBL chopped green onion
1 tsp grated or chopped, fresh garlic
2 tbls chopped peanuts
I double the sauce recipe (twice) -basically a quadruple recipe - it's that good. This sauce can be used over a plain green salad and you won't be disappointed. Get creative and garnish with whatever you like: bean sprouts, canned "Chinese" fried noodles, toasted seasame seeds,
This dish is always well-received and requested at every family potluck. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!
