Absolutely outstanding book. Beautiful documentation of history alone with blend of romance and adventure. By the end you really feel like you know this series. This book is the follow on to Chadwick's Greatest Knight. A Place Beyond course is a prequel. I highly recommend all three to historical fiction fans. Beatifully written. Hope you can read it too
