This is a small-sized work-book/journal for knitters. It contains design pages, knitter's graph paper pages, general info about sweater shape, ease, collars, edgings; yarn estimates, yarn weights, standard body measurements, needle "inventory" chart, yarn stash pages, and project pages. Plus a few basic techniques in the back. All very basic info.
The book as a whole is not too useful, because of its small size.
