Ingredients
- 1 pkg 1 - any hot dogs
- 3 3 - potatoes (or leftover mashed)
- 1 cup 1 - shredded cheese or cheese slices
peel and boil potatoes, once done, mash adding salt & pepper. Slice hot dogs lengthwise, being careful not to slice thru completely. Fill with mashed potatoes, add cheese on top, melt cheese under broiler or 350 oven til melted. Serve with veggies or salad. Kids LOVE 'em!
Notes
if you put foil on cookie sheet, clean-up is a breeze :)
