A fairly so-so book... I think if you're young and new to the business world, and haven't read a lot of books on success, this might be a good read. For the rest of us, a lot of it is what I would term "feel-good fluff". There are a million and one illustrative examples used for the most obvious things - sometimes as many as 3 or 4 per page - and some really "duh" definitions that make it feel like she's talking down to some very inexperienced 3rd graders. Plus a lot of posturing about how big and successful she is and how rich and powerful her clients are - yawn. I did give it 3 stars because there are some good chapters about 3/4 of the way through, on business integrity, which I thought had some important things to say. Overall, though, there are better (and more inspiring) books out there on this subject.
