This book was very helpful as I am a bit of a pushover and kinda let people walk on me. I have thus learned how to use words {kindely} to let people know how i fell. I'd think this would be a great book for teens who have problems saying "no", or expressing themselves, or someone else like me who just hated to dissappoint people by saying no.

This book was eye opening when I first read it. It helped me to identify other people's defense mechanism verbally and realize that that it didn't mean I was right, in the case of flattery, or wrong. I lost my copy and am pleased to have this on hand as a reference to try and dissect a difficult relationship at work or in the community. It helps me to better understand how to more effectively communicate.
