A dragon family sees a poster for a contest. They decide to enter, except the smallest dragon can't fly yet. He wants to be included, but they tell him just to watch. He finds a bird and learns to fly with Tweet's help. The dragons go to the contest and they're about to lose until the smallest dragon wins the last round.
Why I recommend it: The illustrations are cartoonish, bright, and eye-catching. The little dragon learns to fly quickly with the bird's help. I enjoyed how backgrounds were in use only when they were needed.
