Back cover: Make sushi at home and delight your friends and family. It's delicacy that's easy to make as well as look at. This stunningly photographed book provides easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions for making delicious sushi. Special sections guide you in the proper preparation of rice and the cutting of fish.

I actually made the California rolls in this book and they were good! It has a section on the ingredients that are easy to find in your neighborhood grocery store.

Most of all the types of sushi you get in the restaurants are in this book. Great book! Nice pics of each kind of sushi, includes sushi wraps as well. I bought my book at Borders, last year.
