SERVES 2 (change servings and units) Ingredients 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 1 cup 1% low-fat milk 2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)??? I omit. 1/2 teaspoon rose water (1 recipe says 3 tsp. to 3C yogurt) Directions 1 Blend all ingredients together. 2 Pour into a cup.

You use 1/2 tsp. rose water in addition to 1 cup yogurt, or 3 tsp of rose water in addition to 3 cups yogurt. Sorry for any confusion, Rose water is not the same as yogurt.

1/2 teaspoon rose water (1 recipe says 3 tsp. to 3C yogurt) ??? This is confusing...rose water is the same as yogurt? I copied and pasted from the recipe above...If the words in parenthesis are supposed to be about the plain lowfat yogurt, then they should be right after the specific ingredient.
