A take charge book, full of practical down to earth, talk to your doctor your the man, you are in charge of of your destiny type of book. I got a headache just reading it. (only kidding) Valuable information every headache suffer should read. Breaks down and describes each type of headache and what can be done for it, evaluates headaches by pediatric and geriatric suffers and what helps them. Has the newest drugs and oldest remedies, and lists names and addresses. A very very good book. Joalice
