Good book for beginners but for the experienced business person or someone who has hired a CPA / accountant there is nothing new here. The book also puts a huge emphasis on form a S Corporation. Not that forming a LLC S Corp or C Corp is a bad idea but it just too complicated for someone just running a small eBay business on the side or in their spare time.
