Samuel Taylor became a well-known writer, most famous for his stories that were eventually made into the Walt Disney movies about the "absent-minded professor" and "flubber". In this book, Taylor tells about his childhood and what it was like to grow up in one of the last polygamous Mormon families before the church stopped condoning polygamy. This is a fun and interesting read giving a personal eye-witness glimpse into an era that is now almost forgotten.
