Texas Beef Stew

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes with roasted
garlic
1 1/2 cups BIRDS EYE frozen Farm Fresh
Mixtures Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole new potatoes, halved
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 cup water
1 cup Birds Eye frozen Sweet Corn
Cook beef and onion in large saucepot over medium-high heat
until beef is well browned. Add tomatoes, vegetables, potatoes
with liquid, chilies, water and corn; bring to boiling. Reduce
heat to medium-low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serving
Suggestion: Serve over rice and with warm crusty bread.
