Makes sense. I've been on the Eades PROTEIN POWER LIFEPLAN for over a year, am still losing. If I weren't, I'd use THIN SO FAST. I didn't get where I was fast, so I need to lose slowly in order to maintain my "edge" (and I love the low-carb lifestyle), but THIN SO FAST is a great plan for those who only have a little to lose.
