I just Wish-Listed a book for my son, who is 11.  We're 74th in line.  It occured to me that if there was a way for me to see what OTHER children's books are wish-listed so heavily that I might be able to find other books my kids would like.

So, my question is:  Is there a way to see which Children's books are the most wished-for?

If you get the Daily Wishlist, you can set it to Childrens Books and can see what people have added to thier wishlist each day.  You can find it under My Account, Settings.  In the gold bar there is a button for Daily Wish List.

Oh, okay... never knew that... thanks, I will check it out.  So I guess that is the best way??

I think you can also search wishlisted books just like regular books.  So I think you could go search the children's genre under wishlisted books and maybe see all of them.

Well, I signed up for the Daily Wish List thing and it wasn't quite what I was looking for.  That gives me EVERY WISH listed book, daily.  I just wanted to see the TOP 50 wish listed books in a certain genre (Children's, Teen, picture books, etc.).  When I read through the daily Wish Lists, I get every single book - popular or not.

Any other ideas?

Under the search feature you can click on the club wishlist and put in the genre as childrens, etc but I don't know of another way at the moment.

You can also go to community and click on the top 50's. There you will find a tab for most wished books.

If you go under Advanced search you can narrow it down to Children's books. Then tell it to only show WL books.  This will show you more than just the most recently added ones.

I was wishing for a top 50 kids book list too.  I have access to a ton of books....but don't have the time to look at all the wishlisted books.
