OK, I was just searching my transaction history, and I have one book that shows I never marked it as received (I did receive it). Why is it not appearing on my main screen as en route?

Also, a couple of books that I sent out are marked as "cancelled by requestor." Can someone cancel the request AFTER I've mailed the books out?

Help!

Hi, Ruth.

These should help, from the Help Center:

If you have a book you need to mark received, you need to look at the En Route to Me tab first. If it's not there, read this:

I got a book I requested, but I can't mark it received!
