Great book. I couldn't wait to get to the end to find out how things panned out. "Tinged with revenge and intrigue, this thriller twists and turns to an unexpected end" Library Journal is a TRUE REVIEW!

In a makeshift basement prison in the middle of nowhere, Emily Childs lies drugged, chained to a bed. Her last memory is being brutally attacked in her home while taking a shower. Now her only hope of rescue lies with her husband who's been asked to pay an enormous ransom. For Angela Hilliard, a quickly rising star in the banking area, nothing is out of her reach---not even another woman's husband. With Walter by her side, she can take her career all the way to the top. There's just one person standing in her way...Emily Childs.

Good book. The premise was great but fairly predictable. I was able to anticipate most of the plot. I would still recommend this book to others.

This is a good vacation read. I liked it enough to want to read more by the author. The plot is clever and the characters are believable.
