Okay I know that this book  might sound creepy but it was a good romance book... years ago I read a book (that might have been 2 books in one) that started out like 2 families merge together and the older children so now step brother and sister----like seniors in hs or college students cant remember were caught during a party making out, they are embarrassed and they both go off to college. years later the family is coming back together for christmas and during this time they see that they really love each other. They havent seen each other in years. If I have it right he ends up proposing to her on christmas day or christmas eve.

If it was a 2 books in one then the other story was about a couple who are getting divorced and I think their kids over hear them talking about this so they send them on a trip for their anniversary. The parents dont want them to know yet so they go. during the trip they fight but also see they love one another. They end up getting locked out on their hotel balcony.
