This is really excellent. Unlike most books on this subject, this book goes much further than the typical what-drinks-to-serve-to-the-non-drinking-guests-since-they-can't-have-the-punch. It covers drinks from all over the world, many of which are very unusual (but tasty!) There is a section that covers substitutes for alcoholic mixed drinks, but that is a small part of the book. In addition, the introduction covers what tools and skills are useful for making a good drink. This book should be part of every good cookbook library.
