Kiki (60) and Hannah (61) are widowed sisters who live together in Hill Creek, CA. They could not be more different. Hannah is quiet, modest and introspective while Kiki is loud, tacky and man-crazy. Hannah is the quintessential older sister always looking out for her seemingly brainless younger sister.
After a very public quarrel between Kiki and her current beau, the sisters find him dead in his rose garden. The police suspect Kiki and after a second murder, they arrest her. Hannah knows her sister is innocent and sets out to get proof that Kiki did not commit two murders.
You figure out pretty quick who the real murder is, but you can't help but laugh out loud at some of the antics of the cast of characters. I intend to read the other books in this series.
