It felt like this story lasted forever, and I kept hoping I would get into it, but it just never happened. I almost always finish books to find out what happens, even if I am not enjoying the story. I wish I had given up on this one.

Plot line was refreshing and, ironically believeable. Character development was adequate - there were several complex characters - almost too many for the reader to fully 'get to know.' It was an audio cd and 'read well.'
