I was not quite prepared for this off-the-wall Christmas story. Once I realized it was not part of the numbered Stephanie Plum series books, it was quite funny. Grandma Mazur is one of my favorite characters because she still thinks she a not mama even though she is older than dirt. Very quick read.
I love Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum books and thought this would be a fun one to read. It is about this "guy" Diesel who is sort of supernatural. I just didn't like the concept so stopped reading it. I am sure it is funny as her books are but not "into" this kind of stuff.
Not my favorite of the Stephanie Plum series so far, this is the first between the numbers book I have read and to me it was too short and not nearly as funny as the others. But there is information that is crucial to the next story so it is a necessity if you want to understand the story to its fullest.
My first inbetween book, and a lot of fun. I love Stephanie, because she is an imperfect loveable human being -- and except for the gorgeous hunks in her life, my Christmas is just as chaotic and unprepared as hers. Quick, fun read.
This is a hilarious series of funny storied books. I read one book and then had to find them all.
Unfortunately Janet doesn't know how to turn on the heat for the romantic side of her stories... and how come Stephanie is never compensated for her losses, and is always just an out of luck victim?? Her new brother in law could be suing these guys for her.
All of Janet's books are excellent. It's great to follow the anventures of Stephanie, LuLu and Grandma in their bumbling adventures. I would recommend all the Plum books to anyone that needs a light, laugh out loud read every once in a while.
Stephanie Plum is stressed out because of the upcoming holiday. She gets mixed up with a "little ole toymaker" and a bunch of elves and we're off on another of her adventures. Oh yes, and Grandma Mazur has a new "stud muffin"! As always Stephanie (and company)is(are)an unforgetable character(s) who keeps us thoroughly entertained.

I just started this book this morning 9/12 and am almost done with it, it's gonna be finished by tonight. It's a fun fast read, it's funny. And i highly recommened it. This is my first Stephanie Plum book. So I look forward to read much more! All in all. An awesome book. Simple, Quick and easy to read!
Stephanie Plum has a new FTA Sandy Claws, at Christmas time! We meet Diesel for the first time and discover the world might be more miraculous than we give it credit for! John Ring puts the zap into Grandma Mazur, Valerie is possibly pregnant by Kloughn and everyone has an interesting Christmas. Even Staph who is doing everything at the last minute!
This was my favorite yet. Quite a departure from the usual Stephanie Plum story, but I really loved it. A quick read too! A nice departure from the violence too. But it is still a true Stephanie Plum adventure. Highly recommend this to everyone.
