Futuristic erotic romance anthology by Melissa Schroeder. Three related stories set in a time when anyone with paranormal talents (telepathy, empathy, telekinesis) are viewed with suspicion, descriminated against, and generally reviled for thier abilities. All three stories follow a similar formula: the female has a deep, dark secret that she doesn't disclose to the hero, sometimes its her hidden extra ability. The Hero falls madly in lust, then love with her, and feels betrayed when he learns The Truth. Of course the schmuck realizes his bigotry, and begs forgiveness, leading to the HEA. Overall the stories are sweet, and the sex scenes scorching. I love Melissa Schroeder, but this isn't her best. The book is Fair. Neither the best nor worst I've read.
