Questions about PaperBackSwap
Topic: that was WEIRD!!

I was checking in a book I had received, The Money Book for the Young, Fabulous & Broke by Suze Orman, and when I clicked "Was the Book Received?", I got a page that had a book by Michael Crichton ("Prey"?) on it. I didn't want to check in that book, since I had never ordered it, so I clicked the back arrow and clicked "Was the Book Received?" again. This time the correct book came up. Yes, the exact same thing happened to me! I couldn't figure out what the heck happened lol. It was a Michael Crichton book in my case as well. Strange indeedy. |

It got me too! I just backed out and when I tried again it worked right. |

That happened to me yesterday when I was putting a book on my TBR pile, I put in the ISBN and a Michael Crichton book came up doing that, I entered the ISBN again and it came up with the correct book. |

I sent feedback about this, and here is the reply I got: Dear Linda, This book seems to come up these days when the server is unsure which book information to provide. It's kind of the server saying "um". Refreshing always makes it go away and it does not affect anything in an account. Have a great day!
