Nancy Farmer has become my favorite writer for my children. Her style of writing and the stories she writes are very very deep and interesting. Farmer also has a good sense of humor. Love all her books. This one is for a young readers. However, Farmer's message is the same, very deep and easy for young readers to understand.
This was required reading in middle school ,great book.
