Bring 4 cups water to boil. Stire in jello. Stir until totally disolved.
Mix all ingredients into a 5 gallon container.

Make 1/2 batch several days ahead, omitting Sprite. Freeze in containers to use as ice the day of event.
Add the Sprite for the frozen punch, as the frozen portions are added to bowl.
