New member here...just wondering about the "feedback" I read about in another post. Where would one see this, and is it only for Box of Books transactions?

I have shipped several books but have only received one so far. After I said I received it on this site, I did get some questions about the condition of the book, how it was wrapped, and so forth, but I was under the impression that was just for PBS to see if people were using their labels and how books were being shipped. Do members get feedback ratings here like they do in eBay?

I wouldn't think feedback would "count" for most transactions because you don't get to choose from whom you get your book, do you?

Feedback is only available to members of the Box-of-Books program. It is a paid program available here on PBS, and you can read about it in the Help Center (it's really great :)

You are right that the questions you answered when you received your book are for internal use only (just the PBS team see the answers) and are used to help them evaluate how people are performing.

And you are also right that a feedback system wouldn't do any good here, since your books are offered to you on a FIFO (First In / First Out) system.

I've also read where posters have referred to sending feedback to R&R (site owners).  This "feedback" is actually just an email using the "contact us" button for some sort of technical issue or unique problem for which there is no answer found in the Help section.
