White Castle is a Novel by Nobel Prize winning Turkish Author Orhan Pamuk. I enjoyed White Castle which is the story of an Italian man who is captured by Turks and kept as a slave. He is eventually given to Hoja, a man who looks like his twin. The book is an account of their life together. The slave alternates between admiring his master and hating him. The book is really about knowing oneself. I enjoyed this book but I enjoyed "My Name is Red " and "Snow" better than White Castle.
