I just received this in the 'why the book can't be mailed' email. (The book was on my WL set to auto-request so it must have been posted today. I was in position #1 in the queue.)

"The member from whom this book was ordered had this to say...

A friend wants this book. I thought her request would come up."

She probably meant to post it directly to her friend and made a mistake somehow and it got offetred to first in line instead.

Hopefully you will get it soon.

SOmetimes I think I'd feel better if the 'cannot mail' emails said 'sorry' without the strange explanations.
