I've had three times over the past six months or so, including yesterday that I cannot access the paperbackswap web page because it is inacccessible. It makes me worried that the site is having problems that we don't know about. It's almost time for me to renew. I don't want to pay money if the site is going to disappear soon. Anyone know what's going on? When I sent a note to those who run the page, they said scheduled maintenance. But as far as I can tell, they never notify us they are doing that.

I've now had 8 different days on which the site wasn't useable when I needed or wanted it. I'm a paying customer. I pay for access.  It is inaccessible on a fairly regular basis at this point. I always check several times when getting the glitch sign. Other sites are just fine. I believe you owe PAYING CUSTOMERS a refund or extension of their subscription if you are unable to keep the site running 24/7 every day. We're not paying for a pedicure appt at a certain time, we're not paying for books.  We're paying to have access at 2a.m. or 7:42p.m. on Wed or Thurs or whenever we decide to take a look - we're paying for the access. You aren't providing it. Is there a solution or just crickets?
