Hi everyone!  I've been what I like to call "approved" for a wish list book and I ordered it.  Problem is, it has been a couple of days since then and I haven't heard anything from the poster regarding the book, and no status update as accepted, printed, etc.  I'm going to give it a few more days, but then if they never accept my credit, if I decide to cancel, how does the wish list work?  Will I have to redo the wishlist and start at the very end?  There are over 100 people waiting on this book.  Or will they allow me to be #1 again as the poster never responded?  Thanks!

Keri

IF you cancel, yes you go to the back of the wishlist line.  It is better to let it naturally time out because then you won't lose your spot in line.   Remember that the person you order from has a certain amount of time to respond before it automatically cancels - give the system a chance to work.

The sender has 5 days to accept your request. The timeout actually happens in the middle of the night after the 5th full day.

Like Cozi said, you have to start over if you cancel. Let the system cancel and you go back to the front of the line.
