interesting read about a conversation/argument between the ghost of a witch who was hanged and the priest who is trying to save her soul. she pleads her case against god by re-telling her life story and the story of her two daughters, and he pleads god's case while recalling the events with her, most of which he was witness to. it's a good story, based on real documentation of black magic and witches, with an uneventful ending. i found it very well written but not very exciting.
