Author Nancy O'Hara is a Zen Buddhist and former exexcutive in the publishing industry. She conducts seminars and retreats about mindfulness at work. Full of real-life stories and examples, O'Hara's book provides a simple plan to reclaim your job - and your life - and find the balance to truly love what you do. I purchased this book at a transitional time in my life, and it helped me reprioritize what was important to me in the workplace, and helped me believe that if I followed my heart, and did something I was passionate about, the right opportunities would fall into place. A good read for anyone who currently feels stuck in a rut!
